We wholeheartedly welcome you to a replenishing Weekend Immersion in an ocean-view farmhouse in Meco, Portugal.

In this 4-day journey, you will experience a rich mix of Biodynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release, Yoga, Tantra, Latihan, dance, meditation, energy work & fire ceremonies.

This is a container for you to do the deep personal work, that will allow you to step into a greater degree of PRESENCE, POWER & PASSION in your daily life. 

We will be using a bespoke combination of ancient and modern practices to allow you to get in touch with your present reality; your body, your heart & spirit.

This is about expanding your light - seeing and being seen for your inner radiance. The gifts, needs & desires you may have overlooked as you headed up a household, devoted yourself to a career, or spent too long at the end of your own priority list.

This container is simultaneously dedicated to exploring your shadow - your rage, your pain, your grief, your shame, your frustration - the parts of yourself you buried, or your ancestors buried, long ago.

In a luxurious retreat centre that feels like you’re held in the palms of Mother Earth, we will weave real connection with women, warriors, sisters, beings who spark an inner reverberation of ancient knowing and future possibility.

This is a call to be part of something far bigger than each of us.

It’s a call to work in collaboration to reawaken the embodied, empowered and compassionate feminine on this earth.

CASA COLAB, is a gorgeous ocean-view farmhouse, turned retreat centre in Meco, Portugal (45 minutes from Lisbon/Airport).

A local chef will be curating 3 daily organic, plant-based meals for your stay.

We will eat together as a community at our dining table with a sea view, in front of the fire.

With outdoor fire pits, yoga platforms, a dome, a pool, this is a truly magical venue, immersed in nature, and only a 5-minute drive (35 mins walk) to the beach.

Please Note:

• After 17^th January, we are all unable to offer a refund

• If you are travelling with someone, please let us know so we can arrange your accommodation accordingly

• Transportation to and from the Casa Colab: where possible, we will endeavour to arrange taxi shares from Lisbon Airport/city centre, payment is to be split between guests
